As a chef I cook a lot of meat everyday, so this challenge I couldn't resist.
I will open my home to you, and invite you in for at Mexican inspired 4 course dinner, along with Mezcal drinks.
The evening menu
Carpaccio of beets with lime and sesame
Baked cauliflower with red pepper sauce and almonds
Kidney beans with sweet potatoes, avocado, tomatoes and cilantro ( coriander) pesto
Mango and banana ice cream with marzipan biscuit

What a charming idea to be hosted in a private house. Sara was a wonderful host, we had interesting conversations and above all, the vegan dishes were very tasty- in particular the tomato sauce! :) Big thanks to Sara and her family to open up her doors for us. XOX
